The goal is to translate raw observation notes and metrics (production, quality, safety) into a compelling "story arc" for Operations Management.

Scope of Services
Strategic Review: Evaluation of the draft "story" (findings, themes, and insights) generated from the 8-hour shift observations.
Executive Framing: Developing a "talk track" and simplifying complex data to make the narrative engaging for the April 16th Ops reporting.
Visual Support: Guidance on presentation approach and visual aids to demonstrate the impact of supervisor restructuring.
This invoice represents two hours of consulting (Virtual).
