You have a great product. Strong early traction. But:
Your sales team lacks strategic direction
You're hitting revenue walls you can't diagnose
Your CEO/Founder is doing CRO work (poorly)
You need executive-level revenue leadership NOW
But you can't justify (or afford) a $300K+ full-time CRO
You need someone who’s built revenue engines before.
You just don’t need them 40 hours a week.
Strategic Revenue Planning
Build or fix your revenue model
Identify where you're actually stuck (it's often not where you think)
Create 90-day revenue acceleration plan
Sales Team Leadership
Audit current sales process + team performance
Implement systems that scale (not just hustle)
Coach your sales leaders (or build your first sales leader)
Go-to-Market Strategy
ICP clarity (who you should actually sell to)
Positioning + messaging that converts
Channel strategy (where to focus, where to exit)
Board/Investor Communication
Present revenue strategy to board
Build investor-ready revenue projections
Translate metrics into growth narratives

Ideal Fit:
✓ Series A-C (or bootstrapped equivalent)
✓ $2M-$20M ARR
✓ 10-100 employees
✓ Have product-market fit, need go-to-market fit
You need me if:
✓ Your founder is still acting as sales leader (and it’s not working)
✓ You have sales team but no strategy
✓ You’re hitting revenue plateaus you can’t explain
✓ Your board is asking revenue questions you can’t answer
✓ You need CRO-level thinking without CRO-level budget
You don’t need me if:
✗ You’re pre-revenue (you need founder-led sales first)
✗ You already have a strong full-time CRO
✗ You want someone to “just close deals” (I build systems)
✗ You’re not ready to invest in revenue infrastructure

Q: How is fractional different from consulting?
A: Consultants give recommendations. Fractional CROs implement them. I'm embedded in your team, leading revenue strategy + execution.
Q: Will you be in our office?
A: Flexible. Some clients want me on-site 1-2 days/week. Others are fully remote. We figure out what works.
Q: How do you manage multiple clients?
A: I only take 2-3 fractional engagements at a time. Your work gets dedicated focus, not leftover hours.
Q: What if we want to hire you full-time?
A: If it makes sense, we can explore that. But most clients realize fractional gives them 80% of the value at 40% of the cost.
Q: What’s your availability?
A: Currently booking 60-90 days out for new engagements. If you need someone next week, I'm probably not your person.
