A: Flexible. Some clients want me on-site 1-2 days/week. Others are fully remote. We figure out what works.

Q: How do you manage multiple clients?

A: I only take 2-3 fractional engagements at a time. Your work gets dedicated focus, not leftover hours.

Q: What if we want to hire you full-time?

A: If it makes sense, we can explore that. But most clients realize fractional gives them 80% of the value at 40% of the cost.

Q: What’s your availability?
